Huangpu district launches the first "smart government plus post services" model in the country.
Huangpu district in the city of Guangzhou launched a special government body made up of 47 government departments on May 10, with the aim of offering better legal guarantees and improving the local business environment.
The special government body is the first of its kind to be set up at the county or district level in South China's Guangdong province, and is expected to make breakthroughs in institutional bottlenecks and form a synergy to improve the business environment.
It will focus on eight key tasks, including promoting major reforms and innovations, improving policy systems, strengthening administrative law enforcement supervision, exerting judicial guarantee functions, optimizing dispute resolution mechanisms, strengthening system publicity and interpretation, establishing effective communication coordination and implementation mechanisms, and building a think tank for research on the rule of law in the business environment.
Huangpu district also published 15 typical examples of innovation in improving the business environment in the district based on the rule of law, which fully demonstrates the district's measures and experience in the process of creating a first-class business environment.
