Guangzhou's Huangpu district was rated 14th among 2,657 counties, county-level cities, and districts nationwide in terms of its comprehensive quality of life due to its superb environment, all-around support facilities, and convenient transportation.

The ranking was published by Insight China based on big data, surveys, public opinion, and expert reviews. The magazine is subordinate to Qiushi Journal, the most authoritative of its kind in China for policymaking and theoretical studies.

Huangpu is a district full of rippling rivers, winding greenways, fascinating parks, blue skies, and ancient villages. Residents often agree that it is an ideal place to live, with shopping malls, hospitals, schools, libraries, and cultural centers all nearby.
